Important Order Details:

Minimum Order Size: 1500 mm ( $1.5 m$ ) width $\times$ 1000 mm ( $1.0 m$ ) length.
Panel Sizing: We take your custom dimensions and automatically divide your order into equal, easy-to-install panels between $50 cm$ and $60 cm$ wide.
Smaller Murals / Wallpapers: Need a smaller custom size? We can accommodate smaller requests! Kindly WhatsApp us on 072 835 6987 for a custom quote.
Sample Pieces: Sample pieces can be ordered in $60 cm$ wide sections at R100 each. Send us a message on WhatsApp or via our contact form if you would like to order samples.

Print-on-Demand: All of our wallpapers and wall murals are custom-printed to order based on your exact wall dimensions. We do not keep standard stock on hand.
Production Time: Please allow 10 to 15 working days for production and printing before your order is dispatched for delivery.
No Returns / Refunds Policy: Because every wallpaper order is custom-made to your specific size requirements, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check your measurements carefully before completing your order.

Wall Compatibility & Disclaimer

Please read before purchasing or installing Peel & Stick (Self-Adhesive) Wallpaper:

Peel & Stick wallpaper relies on direct surface contact to form a strong adhesive bond. It requires a clean, smooth, dry, and properly cured painted surface to stick correctly.

Why Peel & Stick Vinyl May Not Adhere Properly:

Rough, Bumpy, or Textured Walls: Rough-cast plaster, orange-peel textures, or heavily textured paint create air pockets underneath the vinyl, drastically reducing contact area and causing edges to lift.
Freshly Painted Walls: Paint takes 14 to 30 days to fully outgas and cure underneath the surface layer. If vinyl is applied too early, trapped paint gases will break down the adhesive, causing the wallpaper to bubble or peel off entirely.
Teflon / Washable / Stain-Resistant Paints: Modern "washable" or low-VOC interior paints contain silicone or Teflon additives specifically formulated to repel substances—including self-adhesive vinyl glue.
Dusty, Chalky, or Unsealed Surfaces: Unsealed plaster or dusty, chalky paint acts as a barrier, sticking to the glue instead of allowing the glue to grip the wall.

Recommended Fixes to Ensure Proper Adhesion:

Sand & Seal Unfinished/Bumpy Walls: Always sand down rough bumps and apply an acrylic wallpaper primer/sealer 24–48 hours before installing self-adhesive wallpaper.
The Wood Glue / Diluted PVA Technique: For tricky, slightly textured walls or stubborn seam edges, you can brush a thin layer of diluted clear wood glue (PVA glue) or vinyl primer onto the wall surface. Allow it to become tacky before pressing the wallpaper down for an extra-strong bond.
Heat-Activate the Adhesive: Use a hair dryer on a warm setting over stubborn edges while smoothing down with a squeegee to soften the vinyl glue and make it grip tight.

⚠️ Installation Warnings:

Wall Surface Requirement: Surface MUST be completely smooth, flat, and dust-free. Will NOT adhere to rough, bumpy, or textured walls.
Cure Time: Freshly painted walls must cure for at least 14–30 days before application.

Installation Guide:

Prep Wall: Clean dust and grease with a damp cloth; allow to dry completely. (Fresh paint must cure for 14–30 days).
Plumb Line: Draw a straight vertical reference line on your wall using a spirit level.
Peel & Place: Peel 15–20 cm of backing paper from top and align with your vertical line (leave 3–5 cm ceiling excess for trimming).
Smooth Down: Smooth outward from center with a squeegee while peeling down the backing paper.
Align & Trim: Match next panels visually and trim top/bottom excess using a sharp utility blade.
